This document illustrates each homeowner’s obligations for living in Foxboro North. In some cases these guidelines and rules are stricter than the rules and ordinances of the city of North Salt Lake. Please be aware.
Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions
This document was instated at the establishment of the community on June 27, 2007. It is recorded on each property and supersedes the Design Guidelies and Rules. It contains the rules the board must follow in its ongoing governance of the neighborhood and operation of the corporation.
