Reserve the Amberly Clubhouse.
Things you should know:
Who can reserve: The clubhouse may only be reserved by Foxboro North HOA members.
Hours: Reservations give you (the homeowner) and guests exclusive access to specific parts of the facility during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation.
Closing: The clubhouse closes and the security system activates at 11:00 p.m., so we recommend your group start cleaning up by 10:00 p.m. and emptying the building by 10:45 p.m. to avoid the risk of a visit from security or the police.
Reservation includes: Exclusive use of the great room, kitchen, and upstairs recreation room. Access to seven 60-inch round tables, two 72x30-inch rectangular tables, and 60 chairs.
Excludes: You don’t get exclusive access to the gym, kiddie playroom, pool, and hot tub. These cannot be reserved, although you will have access to these areas during any reservation.
Cost: $100 for the reservation and a separate refundable deposit of $150. You will write two checks to Foxboro North HOA, one for each amount. We will shred the deposit check after the event if everything is found satisfactory.
Rules (not a complete list): No helium balloons, bounce houses, food trucks, or alcohol. If police are called for any reason, you will forfeit your deposit. A more complete list of rules and conditions will be sent to you before you complete your reservation.
